David--Just wanted to let you know that now even the second day of T's period was better. She had some discomfort yesterday--the second day--but it was so much more tolerable. She didn't even take any extra teapills at school that I had sent--just the ones in the morning and before bed. Really I think even the first day was even more improved.
I am still hopeful that the PMS still will fade as time does on. This is still such a miracle since I remember not too very long ago when her period week was simply terrible. Today is her 3rd day, and I expect it to be like the last two months have been. What a relief this is to both of us. Thank you so much for helping her get this under control!!! I am soooo very grateful.
I'm doing good. I'm taking both the menopause and liver formula this week before we go on vacation starting Sat. I'm breathing better. I think I still get somewhat warm at night sometimes, but there are nights when I can sleep all night long; boy does that feel good. I really think the An Shui Wan pills help my sleeping. I'm doing the Free and Easy in the AM and PM which if I remember right should help my liver, digestion, etc.
Will what I am taking help prevent my hair from turning gray because I don't want that to happen!! I have noticed a stray white hair or two in the past, and I don't want any more if I can do something about it.
Just wanted to let you know how good we are here thanks to you and all of your knowledge!!!! I may need to reorder some teapills after vacation
