Xiao Yao Wan or Free and Easy Wanderer is one of the most famous herbal formulas available to help regulate your Liver, Gallbladder and Spleen Organ Systems bringing about a balanced feeling of emotional and physical harmony when taken on a regular basis. It can help with the common pattern of Liver Qi Stagnation with Blood Deficiency and Spleen Qi Deficiency. This pattern can be attributed to the old saying goes: "The Liver is the culprit of 100 diseases".

With this in mind, there are many Traditional Chinese Medicinal patterns that can be related back to the Liver, Gallbladder and Spleen Organ Systems being out of harmony, and in return, creating both sudden and ongoing disharmonies. This amazing formula can help remedy these disharmonies by promoting a healthy and relaxed interaction between the Liver, Gallbladder and Spleen Organ Systems.

The Liver and Spleen Organ Systems can be associated with a plethora of disharmonies such as: emotional outburst or anxiety, cold hands/feet, PMS, migraines, weak digestion/bloating, menstrual irregularities, stomach/back/rib pain [from Blood/Liver stagnation], loss of appetite, low energy, eye problems, irregular elimination, decreased flexibility, headaches and neck and back tension just to list a few.

Xiao Yao Wan or Free and Easy Wanderer Teapillsis an excellent formula to be taken for a week or two each month prior to a menstrual cycle with any irregularities as mentioned above. In many circumstances it would be a good idea to follow up with a post-menstrual tonic such as 4 Substances For Women Teapills, Gui Pi Wan, Seven Treasures For Hair Teapills, Abundant Health Formula [raw recipe to be cooked], Blood and Qi Formula [raw recipe to be cooked], Beautiful Skin And Hair Instant Tea and Rehmannia and Ginseng Instant Tea.

Please note, this product page is for the ECONOMY SIZE bottle of Xiao Yao Wan, also known as Free & Easy Wanderer Teapills, which contains five times the amount of teapills of the regular size bottle. If you use a lot of this formula, you can save almost 24% (when compared to the purchasing of five bottles of the regular size)!
