He Shou Wu, also known as Polygonum Multiflorum Root, or Fo-Ti, is a favored rejuvenating tonic in both Ayurvedic and Chinese Medicine. It is used to increase and maintain energy and vigor, is beneficial to the musculoskeletal system, and used to prevent premature aging especially graying hair.
He Shou Wu Capsules are used for deficient Liver Blood and Kidney Jing-Essence. If you present with a pale complexion, pale brittle nails, dizziness, blurring of vision, poor hearing, chronic lower back ache and weakness, generalized and post-partum weakness, anemia, menstrual disorders, post-menstrual fatigue, convalescence from surgery or serious illness, infertility, impotence, premature graying of hair, hair loss, constipation due to internal dryness.
Also, chronic non-healing sores, abscesses and swellings can be presented with these deficiency as well as insomnia, sleep disorders, chronic stress and various psychological disorders.

Cautions, Contraindications & Usage
Contraindicated during the early stages of acute illness such as cold and flu, or during an acute infection. Use with caution in tendency towards dampness or phlegm, particularly those with bloating and loose stools. Contains soy.
Administer half an hour before or one hour after eating. In acute or severe disorders, dosage may be increased to 2 capsules 3-4 times daily then reduced to a maintenance dose as the treatment takes effect. Suitable for long-term use for several weeks to several months. May be used safely over the course of several years.
