Kidney Yang Plus Formula, or known in Traditional Chinese Medicine as Jin Kui Shen Qi Tang (Wan) focuses on strengthening the main metabolic ability of your body within the your Kidney Organ System, known as the Kidney Yang. The Kidney Yang is also known as the 'Life Gate' or lower burner (of the triple burners) as referred to by Traditional Chinese Medicine. The other two 'burners' refer to the complete Yang aspect, or metabolism, of your body which includes the Spleen Organ System [responsible for the initiating of fluid and food digestion for the formulation of Gui Qi] and your Heart Organ System [responsible for the movement of Blood throughout the body and mental awareness or consciousness].
When the Kidney Yang Fire starts to diminish it can lower your body's metabolic ability which is responsible for vitality, action, food and water metabolism or digestion, assertiveness and a healthy libido. Weak Kidney Yang may show with such patterns as: respiratory conditions, urinary incontinence, fatigue, impotence, anemia, excess urination, edema of the lower body, cold lower back and legs, general bodily coldness, abdominal and lower extremity water retention, early morning diarrhea or loose, watery bowel movements and a weak lower back.
