Again, thank you so much for your help with my health. I's been wonderful learning what I have from you so far about TCM. I got my Yellow Emperor book today and I just finished the prologue. I can't wait to get into the book and start learning. I know it will be many years before I can begin using it for me or anyone else, but it will be exciting.
The reason I am writing is because I have made the kidney recovery tea and it was the first thing I took today, since it was in the afternoon. My kidneys had been hurting all day and was hoping that in a few days, maybe that would stop. I wasn't sure. Well, after 10 minutes, my kidneys stopped hurting! And this is 2 hours later, they still feel fine. Actually, I don't feel them, that's the great thing. I am making the Abundant health tea right now, so that will be my next one to take. |
