Up date on the teas!
I just wanted to let you know how the teas have been working. I noticed results immediately as far as my sleep. The first night I took the tea I slept all night. I woke up a couple times but only for a minute or two and I was half asleep anyway I immediately fell back to sleep. The first two night went like that. The third night I slept all night but woke up at 0400 hours. That did not surprise me since I went to bed very early like 8:00 PM. I also just all around feel a little better too. But that does not surprise me since I am sleeping a lot better.
