Hi David--T just finished for menstrual formula, and her mc should be starting tomorrow or Sunday. She was going out of town so we had to bump things up a day. She doesn't seem to be having as much PMS irritability, etc. this month!! I'm giving her the Calm in the Sea now until her cycle stops. I started giving her 10 3/day and will back it down to 8 after her period starts depending on the pain.
As for me, I saw my muscle testing person; and everything tested strong. He said even my liver was strong!!! I am sleeping good again and not getting warm very often. I love the An Shu Wan before bed. The He Shou Wu seems to give me great energy, and I have been taking just 1 a day and giving one to T, also.
Overall, I feel great; I'm breathing better at night; I have more energy; T is a zillion times better!!! I know we still have a ways to go, but we are making great progress thanks to you, David!!! Thank you so very much for helping us. |
