Xiao Yao Wan or Free and Easy Wanderer is one of the most famous herbal formulas available to help regulate your Liver, Gallbladder and Spleen Organ Systems bringing about a balanced feeling of emotional and physical harmony when taken on a regular basis. It can help with the common pattern of Liver Qi Stagnation with Blood Deficiency and Spleen Qi Deficiency. This pattern can be attributed to the old saying goes: "The Liver is the culprit of 100 diseases".

With this in mind, there are many Traditional Chinese Medicinal patterns that can be related back to the Liver, Gallbladder and Spleen Organ Systems being out of harmony, and in return, creating both sudden and ongoing disharmonies. This amazing formula can help remedy these disharmonies by promoting a healthy and relaxed interaction between the Liver, Gallbladder and Spleen Organ Systems.

The Liver and Spleen Organ Systems can be associated with a plethora of disharmonies such as: emotional outburst or anxiety, cold hands/feet, PMS, migraines, weak digestion/bloating, menstrual irregularities, stomach/back/rib pain [from Blood/Liver stagnation], loss of appetite, low energy, eye problems, irregular elimination, decreased flexibility, headaches and neck and back tension just to list a few.

Xiao Yao Wan or Free and Easy Wanderer Teapillsis an excellent formula to be taken for a week or two each month prior to a menstrual cycle with any irregularities as mentioned above. In many circumstances it would be a good idea to follow up with a post-menstrual tonic such as 4 Substances For Women Teapills, Gui Pi Wan, Seven Treasures For Hair Teapills, Abundant Health Formula [raw recipe to be cooked], Blood and Qi Formula [raw recipe to be cooked], Beautiful Skin And Hair Instant Tea and Rehmannia and Ginseng Instant Tea.

Please note, this product page is for the REGULAR SIZE bottle of Free & Easy Wanderer Teapills, also known as Xiao Yao Wan, which contains 200 teapills per bottle. If you use a lot of this formula, you can save almost 24% by purchasing the ECONOMY SIZE bottle (when compared to the purchasing of five bottles of the regular size)! Chinese Herbal Medicine Success Stories
David--Just wanted to let you know that now even the second day of T's period was better. She had some discomfort yesterday--the second day--but it was so much more tolerable. She didn't even take any extra teapills at school that I had sent--just the ones in the morning and before bed. Really I think even the first day was even more improved. I am still hopeful that the PMS still will fade as time does on. This is still such a miracle since I remember not too very long ago when her period week was simply terrible. Today is her 3rd day, and I expect it to be like the last two months have been. What a relief this is to both of us. Thank you so much for helping her get this under control!!! I am soooo very grateful. I'm doing good. I'm taking both the menopause and liver formula this week before we go on vacation starting Sat. I'm breathing better. I think I still get somewhat warm at night sometimes, but there are nights when I can sleep all night long; boy does that feel good. I really think the An Shui Wan pills help my sleeping. I'm doing the Free and Easy in the AM and PM which if I remember right should help my liver, digestion, etc. Will what I am taking help prevent my hair from turning gray because I don't want that to happen!! I have noticed a stray white hair or two in the past, and I don't want any more if I can do something about it. Just wanted to let you know how good we are here thanks to you and all of your knowledge!!!! I may need to reorder some teapills after vacation I still, love, love, love the BST. Thanks for the other package of tea also, and I like it, too. Thanks soooooooooooooo much, David.
