Shipping & Returns

Returns:
There are no returns or refunds due to the nature of the products being an ingestible supplement. For absolute safety reasons we cannot accept or re-sell a product once shipped due to the possibility of tampering. We are positive that any one of our customers would not feel secure accepting a once sold, shipped and returned product.

Shipping:
Once your package is shipped, Heaven and Earth Chinese Medicine Healing Center, is no longer responsible for the package contents or whereabouts. All packages are shipped USPS Priority or Express Mail. Express mail includes tracking, proof of delivery and insurance up to $100. If you would like delivery confirmation ($.65) or signature confirmation ($2.20), we can add it to your order once you have placed it online. Please add instructions during the check out process, and we will adjust your order accordingly.
