Chinese Herbal Medicine Success Stories
1.) The phlegm went away immediately
2.) After 3-4 months of "getting nowhere" on my runs (this is partly due to lower oxygen intake because of the phlegm), I went out and ran for nearly two hours without an issue. I have not done this in over two years. The past 3-4 months, breathing was tough, my legs felt unbearably heavy and running my 45 minute route was just plain hard. You should understand that my body is in good shape -- the strength is present -- but for months now, never a positive experience at my 45 minute runs. It's interesting that several days after I finished the first round of tea bags I was motivated and completely able to run for nearly 2 hours!!!!!!!!!!!! Clearly mental barriers in addition to physical ones were removed.
3.) Nerves. The anxiety meds are helping me with my nerves, but the problem still exists. When I get around new people, I often start to shake a little (it used to be much worse). I have not had an anxiety attack since I started taking the meds, but obviously, when I did experience one before, my body would shake like crazy! But, since the meds, one area of my life has remained totally constant. When I stand in front of a crowded room (author readings) and read my works, I always tell people what is about to come, "My legs are going to shake as I start to read, don't get freaked about this, there is nothing I can do to stop it."

Several days after the first round of tea bags, I had a reading. I DID NOT SHAKE AT ALL. Not even a little! It was BIZARRE! I also read a tough piece, one that ought to have had me shaking! I was as calm on that podium as I am sitting alone at my computer.
