The Spleen in Chinese Medicine is responsible for much of the digestive process. The Spleen works with the Stomach to extract life giving and supporting nutrients from the food that you eat. From there it will then sends what what fluids and essences it has refined to the Lungs for further process and nurturing. The Spleen is responsible for the creation of the Qi that is required to sustain ones daily energy, along with blood and holding your internal organs in place. When the Spleen is weakened by improper food, excess intellectual stress, excessive worry or other factors, all of these processes will become inefficient and create disharmony. The ability of the Spleen to process food and water grows weaker along with the weakening of the creation of Blood in this pattern. See the following for usual manifestations of this deficiency.

Hi David--T just finished for menstrual formula, and her mc should be starting tomorrow or Sunday. She was going out of town so we had to bump things up a day. She doesn't seem to be having as much PMS irritability, etc. this month!! I'm giving her the Calm in the Sea now until her cycle stops. I started giving her 10 3/day and will back it down to 8 after her period starts depending on the pain.
As for me, I saw my muscle testing person; and everything tested strong. He said even my liver was strong!!! I am sleeping good again and not getting warm very often. I love the An Shu Wan before bed. The He Shou Wu seems to give me great energy, and I have been taking just 1 a day and giving one to T, also.
Overall, I feel great; I'm breathing better at night; I have more energy; T is a zillion times better!!! I know we still have a ways to go, but we are making great progress thanks to you, David!!! Thank you so very much for helping us. |
