The Spleen in Chinese Medicine is responsible for much of the digestive process. The Spleen works with the Stomach to extract life giving and supporting nutrients from the food that you eat. From there it then sends what what fluids and essences it has refined to the Lungs for further process and nurturing. The Spleen is responsible for the creation of the Qi that is required to sustain ones daily energy, along with blood and holding your internal organs in place. When the Spleen is weakened by improper food, excess intellectual stress, excessive worry or other factors, all of these processes will become inefficient and create disharmony. See the following for usual manifestations of this deficiency.

Chinese Herbal Medicine Success Stories
1.) The phlegm went away immediately
2.) After 3-4 months of "getting nowhere" on my runs (this is partly due to lower oxygen intake because of the phlegm), I went out and ran for nearly two hours without an issue. I have not done this in over two years. The past 3-4 months, breathing was tough, my legs felt unbearably heavy and running my 45 minute route was just plain hard. You should understand that my body is in good shape -- the strength is present -- but for months now, never a positive experience at my 45 minute runs. It's interesting that several days after I finished the first round of tea bags I was motivated and completely able to run for nearly 2 hours!!!!!!!!!!!! Clearly mental barriers in addition to physical ones were removed.
3.) Nerves. The anxiety meds are helping me with my nerves, but the problem still exists. When I get around new people, I often start to shake a little (it used to be much worse). I have not had an anxiety attack since I started taking the meds, but obviously, when I did experience one before, my body would shake like crazy! But, since the meds, one area of my life has remained totally constant. When I stand in front of a crowded room (author readings) and read my works, I always tell people what is about to come, "My legs are going to shake as I start to read, don't get freaked about this, there is nothing I can do to stop it."

Several days after the first round of tea bags, I had a reading. I DID NOT SHAKE AT ALL. Not even a little! It was BIZARRE! I also read a tough piece, one that ought to have had me shaking! I was as calm on that podium as I am sitting alone at my computer.

...to create search results better catered to what you are looking for, type in two keywords or key phrases separated by an "and" to see results that contain both keywords!
For instance, you could type in "headaches and PMS", and your search would contain both keywords. If you would be happy with either, you could also search "headaches or PMS".
